Get to Know Your Travel Advisor – Laurie Fisher
Laurie began working as a Travel Advisor in 2015. Since she was a child, Laurie has had a love for travel. Her favorite travel memories include numerous trips to Disney when she was growing up and, now, the new memories she makes traveling the world with friends and family.
Laurie is from a family of beach lovers and has explored the East Coast, the Caribbean, and beyond. She loves visiting new places, trying new tropical drinks, and mixing in some adventure on each trip. One of Laurie’s favorite adventure locations is Costa Rica where she loved zip-lining through the jungle and rainforest.

Why do I travel?
Life is not meant to be spent in one place. I love to explore new destinations and make new memories. One of my favorite parts of traveling is the people I meet along the way!

Laurie graduated from North Carolina State University with a bachelor’s degree in textile chemistry and worked for several years in the textile industry. She has always loved traveling, planning trips, and exploring new places which eventually led her to switch careers and become a travel advisor. She has been booking vacations since 2015 and she is here to help you every step of the way to guarantee the vacation you’ve always imagined!
